Events

Please support our school Auction. The Auction is the biggest fundraiser that our school relies on each and every year.  Our children reap the benefits from this fundraiser in many ways.  The money that is raised helps fund numerous school improvements and new programs for our children.

Thank you to everyone who made our school Auction a success this year!  We are blest to have such a wonderful St. Pius family and community!

Fundraisers

Campbell Soup Labels and Box Tops for Education

This is an easy way to help raise money and get items for our school.  Here’s how it works: The Campbell’s UPC program is a point system. The UPC’s are worth 1 point and 5 points. Sometimes bonus points are offered; watch the grocery coupons at the end of your shopping order. Last year our school and parish collected 19,464 points. We purchased items for our school ordered through the Campbell’s catalog.

Box Tops for EducationBox Tops for Education Program is actual money for our school. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents. They also have bonus offers. Last year our school with the help of the parish members, earned $1,742.00 from the Box Top Program. We have class competitions to see who can collect the most UPC’s and Box Tops. Each month any class who collects at least 400 UPC’s and Box Tops will receive a treat. At the end of the school year the class who collected the most averaged on a per student basis will win a pizza lunch to thank them. This is an easy and simple way to help our school get extra supplies and funds.

Yoplait Yogurt Pink Lid Drive

Save Lids To Save Lives!  Yoplait Yogurt runs a Pink Lid Drive each year.  For every pink Yoplait Yogurt lid mailed in, Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer research.  Please send in your CLEAN Pink Yoplait Yogurt lids between October and Christmas break to help St. Pius support the fight against breast cancer.

Jog-a-thon/Bowl-a-thon/Bike-a-thon

This fundraiser is held each October to help maintain and upgrade our school’s technology and software. Students solicit pledges for each mile they jog. Eight laps make one mile. Prizes are awarded depending on the amount of pledge money turned in to the school. This is a fun-filled day for all involved: Students, staff, and the many parents who come to help and cheer on the students. Students in grades 7 & 8 walk to Mulberry Lanes for an afternoon of bowling. Pledges cover the cost of bowling with additional funds going to technology. The preschoolers will also participate with a fun event of their own-their annual Bike-a-thon.

Magazine Sales

The beginning of the school year brings us our annual Magazine Sale. A variety of magazine subscriptions are offered for purchase. The monies for this fundraiser help reduce operating costs for the school.

Casual Days

One dollar donation for casual days as indicated on our monthly school calendar.  Proceeds from the casual days are used to expand upon and enrich existing programs and the educational environment.
